222t Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the 222t platform, accessible at 222t.best, and all services offered — Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, progressive jackpot, poker, crash games, and other available game modes. By registering and using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these terms.

The 222t platform is intended exclusively for entertainment purposes. 222t does not tolerate professional betting using automated systems, systematic arbitrage, or any other practice that exploits odds errors in an organized or recurring manner.

These terms apply to all individuals who create an account at 222t, regardless of the device used to access it — mobile phone, tablet, computer, or any other means. The terms are written in Brazilian Portuguese and take precedence over any version in another language, where applicable.

To use 222t's services, you must create a personal account with accurate, up-to-date information. Each individual may hold only one active account on 222t. Creating multiple accounts — for any reason, including claiming bonuses more than once — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved.

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a Brazilian resident and hold a valid CPF registered with the Receita Federal.
• Not being enrolled in any active self-exclusion program — whether through 222t itself or any other relevant authority.
• Not being an employee, service provider, immediate family member of an employee, or shareholder of 222t or any partner company with privileged access to platform information.

At the time of registration, you must provide: your full name as it appears on your ID, date of birth, CPF, full address including zip code, an active email address, and a mobile number with area code. False or incomplete information may result in account suspension and withheld withdrawals until the correct documentation is submitted.

You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. Any changes to your email, phone number, or banking information must be reported to support and may require a new identity verification for security purposes.

222t follows identity verification procedures (Know Your Customer — KYC) in compliance with Brazilian anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing regulations. These procedures are a regulatory requirement, not a platform choice.

• Before the first withdrawal from the account is processed.
• When the requested withdrawal exceeds R$ 5,000.00 in a single transaction.
• When the total withdrawal volume from the account exceeds R$ 10,000.00 in a single month.
• When the monitoring system detects unusual transaction patterns.
• When there is a discrepancy between the account registration details and the banking information provided.

• RG (Registro Geral) — front and back.
• CNH (Brazilian driver's license) — front and back.
• Valid Brazilian passport.
• Proof of address issued within the last 90 days.

Submitted documents are reviewed within 24 business hours. 222t may request additional documents if those provided are not sufficient to confirm your identity. During the verification process, your account balance remains available, but withdrawals are suspended until approval is granted.

222t accepts deposits exclusively from bank accounts and payment methods linked to the same CPF registered on the platform. Third-party deposits — even from family members — are not accepted and will be returned to the original sender.

222t charges no fees on deposits. However, your financial institution may apply its own charges for certain transactions — check with your bank or digital wallet before depositing. Deposited funds are available immediately after payment is confirmed, except for boleto bancário, which requires bank clearance.

Withdrawals at 222t are processed exclusively to payment instruments linked to the same CPF as the account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, other people's digital wallets, or any destination not owned by the account holder are not permitted.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: R$ 50.00.
• Maximum daily withdrawal amount: R$ 20,000.00 (limit extended for VIP customers upon verification).
• Pix withdrawals: processed in up to 10 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• TED withdrawals: processed within 1 business day, subject to banking hours.
• Withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 may require additional identity verification before processing.

222t charges no fees on withdrawals. The amount you request is the amount that reaches your bank account, with no deductions from the platform. Processing may be temporarily suspended if fraud is suspected while an investigation is conducted — in that case, you will be notified by email and support will be available to assist.

222t regularly offers bonuses and promotions, including a 100% welcome bonus up to R$ 500.00 for new players. Each promotion has specific conditions published on its corresponding page, and those conditions form an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

• Bonuses are credited exclusively to the eligible account holder. They cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Using a secondary account to claim additional bonuses is considered fraud and will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and possible closure of all accounts involved.
• Rollover bonuses have an expiration date set in each promotion. Once the deadline passes, any unmet bonus balance is automatically canceled.
• 222t reserves the right to revoke bonuses awarded in error or where abuse is suspected.

Rollover is the wagering requirement that must be met before you can withdraw bonus funds. For example: if you received a BRL 100.00 bonus with a 30x rollover, you need to place a total of BRL 3,000.00 in eligible bets to unlock that balance for withdrawal. Your rollover progress is displayed in real time on your account dashboard.

Not all bets contribute equally to rollover. As a general rule: Sports Betting with odds below 1.50 may have reduced or no contribution; live casino bets may contribute at a different rate than slots; crash games and certain titles may be excluded entirely. The specific contribution rates for each category are detailed in each promotion.

Sports Betting at 222t covers football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, UEFA Champions League, and other competitions), volleyball, NBB basketball, MMA/UFC, tennis, e-sports, and more. Sport-specific rules are available in the Betting Rules section within the platform.

• A bet is only considered valid once the confirmation is displayed on screen and recorded in the 222t system. Connection issues on your end do not automatically cancel confirmed bets.
• Live bets are final the moment they are accepted by the system — 222t does not cancel live bets due to result changes after confirmation.
• If a sports event is cancelled or postponed, single bets are voided and the staked amount is returned to the balance. In accumulator bets, the cancelled event is removed and the remaining selections stay valid with recalculated odds.
• 222t reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any player without providing a reason, particularly in situations that suggest the use of automated systems or organized arbitrage.

Obvious odds errors — values clearly outside market reality, whether due to a technical glitch or human error — may be corrected by 222t even after bets have been accepted. In such cases, bets are canceled and stakes returned to the account balance, or the correct odds are applied retroactively where possible. 222t is committed to handling these situations promptly and transparently.

The Cash Out feature is available on eligible bets and allows you to settle a bet before the final result at the value shown at the time of the request. Cash Out may not be available for all bets or at all points during an event. The Cash Out value is calculated in real time based on current odds and may be lower than the original stake.

All casino games available on 222t — including slots, live casino, crash games, poker, and progressive jackpots — use random number generators (RNG) certified by internationally recognized independent laboratories. The RTPs declared by each provider are genuinely practiced and regularly audited.

• Casino game winnings are automatically credited to your account balance after each round is settled.
• Technical failures during a game round — such as a dropped connection or server error — are handled according to each game provider's specific rules. 222t is not responsible for failures in partner providers' infrastructure.
• Progressive jackpots are paid according to the game provider's terms. Prizes above R$ 10,000.00 may be subject to identity verification before being credited.
• Demo mode (free play) does not involve real money and does not generate withdrawals. Any winnings in demo mode are simulated and cannot be converted into real balance.

For poker games, the official rules of Texas Hold'em and any other available variants apply, as published in the poker rules section of 222t. The use of assistance software, bots, or any automated tool at poker tables is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.

222t operates on fair play principles and requires all users to respect the platform's rules. The behaviors listed below are strictly prohibited and subject to penalties including immediate account closure and balance retention:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent restrictions.
• Providing false information during registration or submitting altered documents for identity verification.
• Using third-party credit cards or bank accounts for deposits or withdrawals.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the platform for illicit financial purposes.
• Use of bots, automated scripts, arbitrage software, or any technology that systematically exploits errors or inefficiencies in 222t's odds.
• Suspicious cross-account bet matching (organized match betting) to artificially meet bonus rollover requirements.
• Using VPNs or similar tools to mask your geographic location and bypass access restrictions.
• Any attempt to hack, alter, or compromise the technical integrity of the 222t platform.

222t continuously monitors activity on the platform. If any prohibited conduct is suspected, the account may be preventively suspended while an investigation is carried out. The account holder will be notified of the outcome and any measures taken via email.

Account closure can be initiated by the player or by 222t. In either case, any available real balance is always returned to the account holder after pending transactions are reviewed.

You can request account closure at any time via live chat or by emailing suporte@222t.best. The process is completed within 5 business days. Any bets open at the time of the request will be settled normally before closure. Your remaining real balance will be refunded via Pix to the key registered under your CPF.

222t may close or suspend an account at any time in cases of: violation of these Terms and Conditions; suspicion of fraud or unlawful activity; request by competent authorities; or when the player is enrolled in an active self-exclusion program on another platform. If an account is closed due to confirmed fraud, the withheld balance may be used to cover losses caused to 222t or third parties.

222t operates as an entertainment platform and does not guarantee profits or specific outcomes in Sports Betting or casino games. All games involve real financial risk, and the player is solely responsible for decisions made while using the platform.

• 222t is not liable for losses arising from temporary technical failures beyond the platform's control, such as banking network outages, Banco Central Pix system failures, or third-party provider unavailability.
• Information provided on the platform — such as sports statistics, result history, and game data — is made available for reference purposes only and should not be used as the sole basis for betting decisions.
• Under no circumstances will 222t be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or losses that do not result directly from a proven platform failure.

222t believes betting should be a healthy form of entertainment. The platform provides practical tools to help you stay in control of your gaming habits, and their use is actively encouraged — not just mentioned on compliance pages.

• Deposit limits: set maximum deposit limits per day, week, or month. These take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day waiting period from the request.
• Account break: pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days with two clicks in the dashboard. During the pause, deposits and bets are blocked, but your balance can still be withdrawn.
• Self-Exclusion: request exclusion for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanently. The process is immediate and irrevocable for the chosen period.
• Session time alerts: set up notifications to keep track of how much time you spend on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of updated terms constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with any change, you have the right to close your account before the new terms take effect, and your real balance will be refunded in full.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from the use of the 222t platform must first be submitted to the platform's support channel for an attempt at amicable resolution.

222t commits to responding to formal complaints within 5 business days and to seeking a resolution within 30 calendar days of receipt. If an amicable resolution is not reached, the courts of the user's place of residence in Brazil shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes, waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
